Ingredients

  • 1 bar spoon (or teaspoon) Strawberry Jam with Aged Balsamic
  • 1/2 oz cinnamon syrup
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz Mount Gay Rum
  • 1 oz Waterloo Gin

Directions

  1. Shake
  2. Pour into a collins glass with a splash of soda
  3. Garnish with mint and strawberry
